Born in Berkshire, Seddon joined Blues' Academy from Reading's Academy in 2014 after a successful trial.
The left-back clocked up eight games for the Development Squad whilst still a scholar and has subsequently racked up more than 50 appearances for the Club's Under-23s side but has yet to make his First Team bow.
Seddon spent two successful spells out on loan with lower league clubs during the 2018/19 season.
In the opening months of the 2018/19 campaign he was with League Two Stevenage, where he played 25 times for The Boro, scoring three goals.
Then from January - May 2019, he joined League One outfit AFC Wimbledon, where he turned out 18 times for The Dons, scoring three times, and helping them to avoid relegation.
In terms of his physical attributes, Seddon has good pace, a sweet left foot and can take set plays and score goals.
He is renowned as one of best athletic endurance runners in the squad and at Wimbledon, where he became a favourite, he was noted for his constant forays up and down the left-hand side.
In July 2019 Seddon penned a deal with will keep him at the Club until the summer of 2021, plus a year's option.
