Reaction: Stoke City 1 Blues 1

Other than the goal I don't remember a lot of other chances from them.

Aitor Karanka's comments after seeing his side claim a decent away point at Stoke City...

His overall thoughts on the result...
"It was a shame that we couldn't win it, but it is true that today we didn't create a lot of chances. The most important thing is that a month ago we lost against Cambridge and since then we are unbeaten. We played against a very good (Stoke) team today who were in the Premier League two or three years ago and still have some Premier League players and we competed against them really well. Other than the goal I don't remember a lot of other chances from them."

Asked if thought his side were on their way to claiming three points after taking the lead...
"When you are winning on 85 minutes you always think you should go on to win the game. In the first-half we didn't really have any chances, but we were defensively organised. But maybe with (Jonathan) Leko on the pitch it would have been different because with his pace we could have done something more. We now have two weeks to try get him fitter."

On the likelihood of doing any transfer business before the window shuts on Monday...
"I said last week I am happy with the squad and we are in a good position. We competed well today against a very good Stoke side with very good players and an experienced manager and we are unbeaten after one month of competition. It will be a day of getting players out rather than bringing them in. The main thing is to keep improving on the pitch because we have a very good group of players."
