It is a first spell out on loan for the 19-year-old who joined Blues in the summer of 2017 following a successful trial.
Born in Dublin, the tough-tackling full-back has been a mainstay of the Blues Under-23s side in recent seasons, and on the national stage is a Republic of Ireland Under-19 international.
Highly-rated Burke made his senior debut for Blues in July, as a substitute in the second-half at Stoke City.
The left-back also been included periodically in the First Team matchday squads.
Yeovil, who are managed by Darren Sarll, will be hoping to achieve promotion back into the Football League this campaign, having just missed out last season after finishing in fourth spot.
Several Blues players have spent time on loan with The Glovers in recent years; including most recently Olly McCoy and Remeao Hutton, who impressed during his spell there.
