FIT BLUES is a FREE lifestyle change programme for people aged 35-65 who want to lose weight and lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
The 12-week programme is delivered by members of Blues’ Community Trust coaching team, and with new male and female programmes due to start soon there has never been a better time to sign up!
Female cohort: Monday 17 May, 6pm -7.30pm, St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.
Male cohort: Thursday 20 May, 6pm -7.30pm, St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.
The programme runs for 12 weeks and focuses on weight control whilst promoting a healthy lifestyle message, with advice and practical support.
The FIT BLUES programme has a proven track record of producing fantastic results, with previous male and female cohorts losing a combined total in excess of 120kg!
