Are you aged 16 – 19 years of age, passionate about football and have ambitions to work within the game or the wider sports industry?

Do you want to study and represent Birmingham City Football Club's Community Trust?

Applications are now being considered for our 2021/2022 intake on to the Football and Education Programme, delivered by Birmingham City Community Trust in partnership with University College Birmingham and the EFL Trust.

Students will study at St. Andrew’s and University College Birmingham, train on the professional facilities at Wast Hills Training Ground and have the opportunity to compete in the EFL Community & Education Football Alliance.

 The Football and Education Programme offers:

  • Vocational, Diploma and Extended Pathways available.
  • Optional extension to the Higher Education Foundation Degree Programmes.
  • Sessions delivered by UEFA Licensed coaches.
  • VEO Camera technology to support analysis available to participants.
  • Education elements based at St. Andrew’s and partner hubs.
  • USA scholarship pathways.
  • NCS participation.
  • Residential Trips.

You’ll be provided with travel to games, training and lectures, have the opportunity to participate in our pre-season training camps and residential trips within the UK and receive coaching from UEFA A Licensed staff.
